Opening childproof pill bottles as a quadriplegic can be difficult as a quadriplegic with poor hand dexterity. This is a video of me demonstrating how to open childproof pill bottles as a quadriplegic with no hand dexterity. Put one palm on the lid, the other palm on the bottom of the pill bottle, and push the palms together while twisting. You can lick your palms or use wristbands to help give you grip.
