Step 1:
Install Spigot 1.12.2: https://aternos.org/software/v/plugin...

Step 2:
Install Multiverse: https://aternos.org/addons/a/bukkit/m...

Step 3:
OP yourself: https://aternos.org/players/

Step 4:
Start your server: https://aternos.org/server/

Step 5:
Generate a new world: /mv create {world name} NORMAL
Note: You might have to use the command /save-all after creating the world to be able to see the world in the Aternos panel.

Step 6:
Teleport to the new world: /mv tp {world name}

Step 7:
Delete a world: /mv delete {world name}
And confirm: /mvconfirm
