Instant dough, in 10 minutes, without proofing and yeast, baked in the oven in a minimum amount of time.

INGREDIENTS:
milk 120 ml.
sour cream 120 gr.
one egg white + salt 0\5 tsp.
soda 1 teaspoon.
hard cheese 150 gr.
sausage 150 gr.
flour 450 - 500 gr.
yolk + 1 tbsp. l. milk for brushing.
sesame as desired.
We bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. medium level, top - bottom mode 20 - 25 minutes.
