Hi what can i say
Hi what can i say this is one of the biggest silver birch burr I've ever seen, so it would be a waste to leave it and let it rot out so I thought i would make a video to see if we get some good wood out of it to make a Kuksa and spoons or if I was just a waste my time. It was also good to get the Gransfors axe and Bahco saw out as i think they make a great team.
In bushcraft it helps if you develop a keen eye to look out for interesting pieces of wood whether its for carving or to make some other whittling project. In almost every woodland there's some interesting wood to look at.
