Welcome to your in-depth full reference guide to the carnivore diet. A video you can refer to again and again as questions come up for you on carnivore. I’m Jenny, I’ve been on carnivore for over a year. This is the video I wish I had watched before I started this way of eating, and it contains some foundational information that is going to set you up for success down the road.
