What Made Eve a Wife | Single Mom Insecurities

Being a single mother can often come with a slew of insecurities. Personally after my divorce I can attest to feeling like damaged goods and like I would never be seen as worthy as I once was. By being super intention in my relationship with God he has reaffirmed my identity and reminded me that I am more than enough.

Recently I received a revelation about Adam and Eve that really brought everything He has taught me together. He highlighted the fact that it was Eve’s wholeness, not her wealth that made her a wife. It was the internal work, not material possessions that qualified and positioned her to be recognized at the appointed time.

I hope this hits you like it did for me and serves as a reminder to prioritizing your healing. Work on your business, get that degree, buy a home…all of that! But don’t let it define you and if you haven’t quite gotten there don’t think the lack of those things will disqualify you for all that God has in store!
