Disgraced socialite Ghislaine Maxwell has spoken out, claiming a photo showing her with Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre is “a fake”.

The photo from 2001, which was widely circulated amid Ms Giuffre’s sexual abuse lawsuit against Prince Andrew, shows the three standing together.
