Types of Clauses tells you
Types of Clauses tells you about what is the clause, types of clause and classification of Subordinate clauses.
A clause is a part of the sentence.
There are two types of clauses
1. Main clause: It makes the complete sense. It can stand by itself as a complete sentence.
2. Subordinate clause: It does not make the complete sense by itself. It depends on the main clause and incomplete without it.
*Classification of Subordinate clauses:
Subordinate clause does the work of a noun, an adjective or an adverb. so, they are classified as
i. Noun clause
ii Adjective clause
iii Adverb clause
