How to properly balance your
How to properly balance your EVO Rage or Rage-S gimbal with your mirrorless or DLSR camera. Properly balancing your gimbal will not only give you the best performance but it will also get you the best battery life. https://www.evogimbals.com/
Balancing Process:
Step 1: Balance the tilt axis first. Adjust front to back position of the camera as well as the vertical position until the camera is balanced on the axis and holds a static position in any direction.
Step 2: Balance the Roll axis. From the top of the roll motor loosen the set screw and adjust balance left and right until the camera is balanced and holds static position in any roll axis direction.
Step 3: Balance the Pan axis by holding the handle horizontal to the horizon. Loosen the set screw and adjust back and forth until the camera is balanced and holds a static position.
You can now power on your motors.
