Fine motor skills are small muscle movements of the smallest muscles in the body - the fingers, hands, feet, toes, face and mouth. Gross motor skills are muscles of larger muscles, such as the arms, legs and torso. But did you know there is a lot more to it than that?

There are at least 7 key differences between fine and gross motor skills. I go into what those are, and what this will look like in reality.
