Bench Test GPS 103B

I bench test a  "103B" GPS Tracker to ensure it works before installation.  I also show which wires need to be connected and which wires aren't needed to get the location of the device.

This device can be purchased on Amazon for about $30, search for GPS Tracker "103B" or "TK103B".
