This is the final episode
This is the final episode of the series of explanations about "Sport Chrono", which I have been wanting to explain for a long time. Porsche Sport Chrono is an integrated control technology for vehicle conditions (driving performance) equipped from 997, but I think there are many misunderstandings about the role of each mode and the original settings. We have uploaded a series of articles on this topic.
There are three modes ("Normal," "Sport," and "Sport Plus"), and we have divided this series into three articles for each mode. In this final installment, I will explain the "Sports Plus mode," which is reserved for vehicles equipped with the Sports Chrono. In my mind, this mode is recognized as a "track mode," or a mode exclusively for circuit use. I will tell you how I came to this understanding and the truth about the Sports Plus mode as seen from each parameter.
