The event was staged prior
The event was staged prior to the legendary final match between France and Argentina at Lusail Stadium and featured a number of first-rate performers. The ceremony was designed as an artistic tribute to the host country.
This time FIFA had wanted to change the traditions a bit to add more entertainment and appeal to a younger audience and that is where Sila Sveta team came up. We were responsible for the creative and direction of the closing show, collaborating with Katara Studios, who specialize on music – all the hits that sounded at the opening and closing ceremonies are their work. The BWS team were responsible for all the tech & equipment issues.
As a result, on 18 December, 88,966 spectators packed into Lusail Stadium and close to 1.5 billion around the world watched our beautiful closing ceremony and a historical final game between Argentina and France.
