Finally! The adorable Happy Cupcake is here! I think it turned out super cute!
It's not super hard to make, just a little pain in the middle area, but if you've made my happy foods before, it will be a breeze!
Don't forget the sprinkles!! I did... :/

Band Requirements:
Top: 190
Bottom: 110
Eyes & mouth: 1-3 (depends if you use 7mm beads for the eyes)
Cheeks: 2
