Aerial View of Red Line Alignment [Kuching Urban Transportation System (KUTS) Phase 1 Project]

Happy Kuching City Day! 🐱🏙️ 35 years ago today, Kuching was elevated to city status. Since then, we have seen the city that we know and love grow rapidly into what it is today. The Kuching Urban Transportation System (KUTS) represents another step forward for Kuching, through the introduction of a modern, reliable, safe, and environmentally friendly public transport system. Today, we are showcasing the aerial view of our Red Line alignment. This alignment travels from Kuching Sentral to Pending. With 7 stations, the Red Line will serve key locations such as Kuching Sentral, Kuching International Airport, Borneo Medical Center, Chung Hua Middle School No. 3 and more. The construction for the Red Line package is ongoing and is targeted for completion by the end of 2026.
