Process of Making Cucumber Gunakn Sushi  

make Neta and make sure all equal size

make 10-12 grm rice ball ( don't press to much - it should shoft and floppy)

Roll sushi rice by Cucumber neta

For filling you can use whatever you like salmon - Tuna - Cream Cheese (Philadelphia) and different kinds of fruits

for topping of filling i am using here fine chopped fresh spring onion, Passion Fruit and for cream cheese i used Respberry and blueberry.
