Goal setting is a fun but dangerous process at the same time.
Fun because it’s nice to sit down & put pen to paper as to what you want for the year, as that action alone fills you with an amazing amount of dopamine.
But dangerous because many people go about setting their goals in the wrong way & as a result, set themselves up for failure before they even get started.
Setting goals is nice but actually achieving them is all that matters.
Today's video is a module taken directly from our mindset training, outlining EVERYTHING you need to know when it comes to setting goals & actually actually achieving them, rather than letting them turn to dust in your notebook.
