In this video, the common collector configuration of the BJT (input and output characteristics ) has been explained briefly.

By watching this video, you will learn the following topics:

0:00 Introduction

0:22 Introduction to Common Collector Configuration

3:07 Input and Output Characteristics of the Common Collector Configuration

5:26 Relationship between the α, β, and γ in BJT

7:48 Properties of Common Collector Configuration

Common Emitter (CC) Configuration of BJT

The Common Collector (CC) configuration, the collector terminal is common between the input and the output side.

The following are the basic properties of the common-collector configuration:

1) High Current Gain
2) Low Voltage Gain
3) Low Power Gain
4) High Input Impedance
5) Low Output Impedance (Typically in Ohms)

In this video, the input and the output characteristics of the common-collector configuration are explained and then the relationship between the α, β, and γ in BJT is established.

This video will be helpful to everyone in understanding the common collector configuration of the BJT.
