These are the six trends that are shaping and impacting the Future Leaders:
1. Technology
Leaders need to figure out how these technologies are going to impact them, their organizations, and their teams.
2. Pace of Change
Things are moving so quickly and changing all the time, and leaders need to be able to keep up.
3. Purpose and Meaning
A lot of employees today care about purpose and meaning. So as a leader, do you understand your purpose? How can you go about helping your employees figure out their purpose and meaning?
4. Globalization
Leaders need to understand that the currency you use, where you're located, and the culture that you subscribe to are all starting to matter less and less and less.
5. New Talent Landscape
We're seeing a decline of birth rates, the importance of up-skilling and retraining, and a push towards diversity and inclusion.
6. Morality, Ethics, and Transparency
Leaders are going to have to take a stance and fight for social causes and what they believe in because employees want to work for leaders and organizations that take a stance.
