Dennis Pricolo presents:
300 Years of the Ptolemys, Egypt's XXXII and Last Ancient Dynasty
Greek Culture, Murders, Incest... and Cleopatra!

From 323 BC when Alexander's general, Ptolemy, was appointed Satrap of Egypt to the suicide of Cleopatra in 31 BC the Ptolemaic Dynasty ruled Egypt.
Leading the richest nation in the ancient world, the Ptolemies brought Greek culture to Egypt, while often murdering or marrying members of their own family.
Finally, in 31 BC with Cleopatra's death and the coming of Rome, Egypt lost its independence.
