To prepare this dish, I took pollock, you can take any fish, not fatty varieties. Everything is prepared according to the classic recipe, as it was prepared in Soviet canteens.
To prepare it, we will need the following products:
Fish – 600 g
Carrots – 2 pcs.
Onion – 2 pcs.
Vinegar 9% - 50 gr.
Salt-2 tsp.
Sugar – 2 tsp. (without the slide)
Water – 100 g.
Pepper peas – 5-6 pieces
Cloves – 5-6 pcs.
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
Cinnamon, bay leaf, ground pepper, vegetable oil for frying.
