What is TCAD tools, What are the various parts of a TCAD tool, How to use it, What can we do with TCAD tools, These are the basic points which have been discussed in this first session of this series.We have just shown Sentaurus Work Bench in and arrangement of various parts of it like Sprocess, Sdevice and Svisuals etc.

Sentaurus TCAD flow will be discussed in this series with examples. This is the first session and we have covered only the Introduction part. Keep watching fro the next session.
