Anwar Ibrahim has emphasized his Madani concept based on good governance, and called for an end to the abuse and leakages of public funds.

In his speech at the launching of a program at University Malaya, Anwar also called on all political leaders, academicians and super elites to be collectively responsible for good governance in this country.
