DUNGS HeatEngine® - premix combustion system

The DUNGS HeatEngine® is a premix combustion technology based on a metal fiber pad and the DUNGS WhirlWindSystem® air-gas mixing. It is characterized by low emissions and a high modulation range for a controlled heat input. The capacities of the burner system (nominal maximum thermal power) range from 25 kW up to 140 kW. The modular system allows for a quick selection, a compact design and a plug&play solution. The robust burner systems are easy to handle, have low maintenance requirements and allow easy cleaning. The burner head consist of stainless steel which makes it suitable for food applications. It is available as point-style and line-style version. The DUNGS HeatEngine® is a perfect fit for all low temperature applications where capacities below 150 kW are used and low emissions are required.
