When will Jammu Kashmir get back its Statehood? Supreme Court asks Centre

On August 29, 2023, the Supreme Court requested that the Attorney General and Solicitor General obtain instructions from the Central government regarding the timeline for the restoration of Jammu & Kashmir's statehood. This region was split into two union territories in 2019.
