The ingredients of these delicious Ham and Cheese Crepes are:
For the Crepes (4 Crepes):
75 gr (7 1/2 TBLSP) Flour wheat
200 ml (Less than 1 Cup) Milk
2 - 3 Tbsp of butter
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Filling
200 gr Mozzarella cheese or Manchego
150 gr Ham
