Finally Opened! New Tokyo Ikebukuro Observatory and Harry Potter Themed Station Ep. 399

Ikebukuro Station has been changing. Sunshine 60 observatory renewed and finally opened in this April! Beautiful sunset from there and eating wasabi roast beef bowl at restaurant! Seibu Ikebukuro station collab with Harry Potter now. So many new things!
