Paper vs Metal filters for coffee!

When making a cup of coffee (on a Chemex, Hario, etc.), many people come to a point where they must decide which filters to use. This decision has an important impact on the flavor of the end cup, and perhaps none are more different than the metal filters and the paper filters. In this video I discuss their primary differences as well as their pros and cons. I also brew some coffee and do a taste test to find out which coffee I enjoy the most!
