How to Do a Men's Layered Haircut | SEB MAN

Learn how to do a men’s layered haircut from SEB MAN’s Global Artist Aiden Xydis. He will show you how to perfect this layering technique and create a masculine look.


STEP 1:

Create a horseshoe section from the recessions to the crown. And isolate both sides. Work with horizontal sections up to the crown using the point cutting technique to the desired length. Move to the side working with the same technique.


STEP 2:

Take a central section from the crown to the nape and cut from shorter to longer using the slicing cutting technique. Move from the center to the sides.


STEP 3:

Drop the top section into its natural fall. Working with horizontal sections, point cut an oval shape connecting both sides.


STEP 4:

Connect the layers. Taking a central section, point cut to both guides at the crown and at the hairline. Pull each section up and cut using the previous section as a guide. To add smoothness, apply The Groom on damp hair.
