G Mining's Success in Brazil: Nearing Completion & New Acquisitions

Today we sit down with Jesse Liu Ernsting of G Mining Ventures.  G Mining is nearing the completion of their Tocantinzinho mine in Brazil and has recently acquired the Oko West Project from Reunion Gold in Guyana.  Jesse shares her journey from consulting engineering to capital markets and finance, eventually joining G Mining Ventures. She details the Tocantinzinho project, highlighting its acquisition from Eldorado Gold in 2021 and its promising open-pit mining potential.

Jesse discusses the similarities between Tocantinzinho and other successful projects led by the G Mining team in high-rainfall, forested environments, such as Fruta del Norte and Merian. With over 2 million ounces of reserves, Tocantinzinho is expected to start gold production soon, with a payback period of just over two years at a conservative $2,000 gold price.

Steve and Jesse also talk about the recent acquisition of Reunion Gold’s Oko West project, which shares similar geological characteristics with Tocantinzinho.
