Balancing Work, Life, and Education: The Online Ed.M. Program at HGSE

Geoff Whaley, Ed.M.'24, pursued the higher education pathway in HGSE's online Master's in Education Leadership (OEL) while balancing a career and personal life. The OEL program is designed and tailored for working professionals, and Whaley emphasized the support from faculty and the sense of community he was able to foster online.
