Cuphead King Dice / Diceman Expert Glitch?

i just included the entire video in case something i did beforehand triggered it

i just figured if someone was speedrunning the game and could figure out why this happened, it could help save some time since they wouldn't have to dodge

this happened during my first run through of expert mode
