Today, I made boneless roast
Today, I made boneless roast chicken and stuffed it with duck sausage! This technique to separate chicken as a whole from the carcass is something I learned in culinary school.
I could have taken the leg bone from the chicken as well but I didn't since I like the shape of leg with the bone better :) It's fun, always surprises guests when the chicken cuts through in the middle of the breast without any bone like so!
