Sriracha Spiced Buffalo Wings: I ordered for this keeping the sriracha sauce in mind. The wings were cooked perfectly, it was soft and juicy, and at the same time had a bite to it, I could also taste some tang (sourness) and garlic. Now, coming to the spice level of things, it didn’t quite live up to the sriracha name, so if you are looking for something spicy I reckon you try out something from the spicier end 👍
TBJ Special Burger (Double Beef Patty):
The burger came with two patties, cheese, a mayo-based sauce, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and jalapeños. I really liked the cheese and the mayo-based sauce, although the lettuce and onions were added for crunch it didn’t make a noticeable textural difference. Now, coming to the patty, it could’ve been better, both in terms of seasoning and in terms of fat gone into it, however, on the whole, it was a great burger 👍
Green Apple Mojito: It was refreshing and sweet but didn’t quite taste like green apple, probably because of artificial flavoring or essence 👍
