3 peppers
700g potatoes
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 small eggplants or 1 large eggplant
30g butter
100 ml milk
60g mozzarella
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mustard
½ tablespoon hot chili
A bunch of dill
Spices: salt, pepper, Italian herb
