My first time hunting and
My first time hunting and cooking the wild tree rats of Louisiana! Through the forest, we stalked after the frisky little monsters and blasted them from the tree branches with 12 gauge shotguns. It was my first time actually hunting a land animal and now I'm addicted. The squirrel was delicious and had this distinct, wild flavor that I've never tasted before!
