CAN I DRAW NEON LIGHTS WITH MARKERS?! | ZenPop! Japanese Stationery Unboxing

I've dabbled in drawing neon lights before, but only ever in a digital medium like Photoshop. Today I was inspired by the latest ZenPop! Stationery Box and it's Featured Artist, Tao15102, to try and see if I can recreate a similar effect with my markers and pens! Wish me luck!
