INGREDIENTS

-2 spicy sausage links

-3 packets of cream cheese

-1 bunch of cilantro, chopped

-2 cans of Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies

-Salt & Pepper


METHOD

-Remove sausage from casing and break apart in a pan. Cook through

-Add cream cheese, cans of tomatoes & chilies. Stir until cream cheese is melted

-Add cilantro, salt & pepper

-Serve warm
