30g (2 tbsp) water
For cream:
450g (2 + 1/4 cups) cream 33% fat
16g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
350g (1.5 cups) cream cheese
Leave in the fridge overnight

For filling:
6 apples
130g (1/2 cup +) 2 tablespoons sugar
35g (1.5 tbsp) butter
For cream:
400g (2 cups) cream 33% fat
600g (2.5 cups) cream cheese
200g (1/2 cup) condensed milk
Leave in the fridge overnight
