Can you play Forza Horizon 5 on AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Vega 7 graphics?

Testing the just released Forza Horizon 5 with Radeon Vega 7 with AMD Ryzen 5 5500U.

This test was conducted with a dual-channel memory 16GB DDR4-3200 memory configuration - lower amounts of RAM, single channel RAM or DDR4-2666 memory configurations may result in heavily degraded performance or the game failing to start at all.

This test was run with the Steam version of the game on a Dell Inspiron 14-7415.
