Dear Devotee, if you are not reading this description because its lengthy, please atleast read the last 2 paragraphs to understand our motives behind cleaning the eyes of Laddugopal.

It is very much better to clear off the misunderstandings , because deity painting is the important part of deity service.

kindly try to understand🙏

ENG SUBTITLES are provided for the complete video.

In this video we have explained... How to paint different types of deities,
even though we have painted Laddugopal yet the method used is same for any other kind of deities too.

Materials used for the service,
1.M-Seal
2.Acrylic Paints
3.Paint Brushes
4.Varnish

NOTE:
The painting lasts more than 2 years only if we take care of the deities well by not rubbing too much on the areas where we have painted.

Well.. can we do abhishek (bath)for the deities regularly?
The answer is YES, we can even do maha abhishek but still we need to handle the deity in a gentle manner without putting much pressure on the areas where we have painted!

And by the way, nothing stays for a long period of time without taking proper care! There are a few devotees that we know, their deities were already painted when they bought them but now the paint is faded at many areas on their deities.

Hence we need to make sure that we don't put much pressure on the areas where we have painted, we can do abhishek and even maha abhishek but the thing is that we must be careful and gentle when it comes to painted areas for the paint to stay for a longer period of time.

We also need to make sure to follow the painting process perfectly like..
•cleaning the deity perfectly before starting to paint.
•letting the paint dry perfectly before applying varnish.
•applying varnish in a perfect, thin and even coats
•starting to do any kind of abhishek only after making sure that varnish had completely and perfectly dried.

If these are followed..then paint surely stays for a longer period of time.

Our channel's main motive is to teach devotees to do services to their dear deities by themselves. It is because not everyone has the possibility to visit a deity accessory store.

Coming to this process of deity painting,
This is not the process that we have created ourselves..but it is process that many of our professional artist friends who live in vrindavan follow to paint deities..
They have taught us to paint deities in this simple process.

And,
Humbly speaking about cleaning the eyes of Laddugopal,

Many senior artist devotees also followed the same method for cleaning the eyes to paint the deities.

Even many great guru maharaj's deities are painted by many artist devotees. These are steps that are followed. without all the painfull sculpting..how is the deity going to look wonderful and lively. Supreme lord Govinda is very strong that he Carries universes..infact whole creation within his divine body.
When it comes to deities, few things must be done once in a while to make them look fresh and beautiful.

Krishna in the deity form is very merciful, we should humbly pray for his forgiveness before doing any such cleaning processes.

Because we are not doing it for fun..but it is like a surgery and deities usually have eye stickers that easily fall off regularly..and instead of seeing Laddugopal in his deity form loose his eyes regularly, we can just pray for his forgiveness and stick m-seal as it stays permanently.

Anyways instead of doing it with extreme joy or in a sadistic way, we should humbly do it in the mood of service! Krishna knows what are our intentions.

It's not my personal opinion, we have a senior devotee friend, she is an artist and also takes such regular advices from her spiritual master.
When I saw her cleaning the deity like that for painting, I questioned her just like you did..she clarified my doubt with the authorized answer.
