Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has praised PM Narendra Modi for his message to the Russian president on the Ukraine war. At the SCO summit in September 2022, Prime Minister Modi told Vladimir Putin that 'it is not an era of war.' Speaking at Raising Dialogue 2023, the Congress MP also praised the External Affairs Minister, S. Jaishankar, who stressed peace and dialogue during his visit to Moscow last November.
