Does counting cells ever make you want to…break into song?

Now that there is a cell counter with a reusable slide, “too expensive” is no longer a valid excuse for not purchasing an automated counter. Why continue to count cells manually with a hemocytometer when an automated cell counter is more accurate AND saves time?
