Mexican Ground Beef Pasta recipe:
2lb's of lean ground beef
7oz bag of elbow noodles
2 roma tomatoes
1/2 onion chopped
1 calabasita squash sliced and quartered
1/2 can of sweet corn
1 can of tomato sauce
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Cotija cheese for topping
