አርቱሮ ሞንቴኔግሮ እና ኤላዲዮ ጎሜዝ ሉና በሕይወት ዘመናቸው ሁሉ በባላንጣነት የሚፈላለጉ የስራና የሕይወት ተፎካካሪዎች ናቸው፡፡ ሆኖም ከገንዘብ ሽሚያ በላይ የሚፋለሙባት ዋና ምክንያት ኤላዲዮን ከማግባቷ በፊት ከአርቱሮ ጋር የፍቅር ጊዜ ያሳለፈች ጁሊያ የተባለች ሴት ናት፡፡ ጁሊያና አርቱሮ ጥልቅ ፍቅር የነበራቸው ቢሆንም አርቱሮ ሌላ ሴት ማስረገዙን ስታውቅ ዳግም ላታገኘው ተሰናበተችው፡፡ ለሀያ አመታት ከኤላዲዮ ጋር ያሳለፈችው ጁሊያ ወንድ ልጅ ወልዳለታለች፡፡ መሀንዲሱ ልጇ ዴቪድ ዳግም በሕይወቴ አላይህም ካለችው ከአርቱሮ ልጅ ጋር ፍቅር ይጀምራል ብላ ግን አስባ አታውቅም፡፡ ዴቪድ ሬጂና ከተባለችው የአርቱሮ ሞንቴኔግሮ ልጅ ጋር ፍቅር ከመጀመሩ በፊት ደግሞ ዳኒየላ ከተባለችው ሌላ ልጁ ጋር ለጥቂት ቀናት የቆየ ግንኙነት ነበረው፡፡ በሌላ በኩል፤ ታዋቂው ባለሃብት ኤላዲዮ በትዳሩ ላይ ሲማግጥ፤ ራሱን ኤሪክ ከተባለው የአርቱሮ ልጅ ጋር አንድ ሴት ተጋርቶ ያገኘዋል፡፡ ታሪኩ እጅግ ውስብስብ የሆኑ የፍቅር እና የቤተሰብ ግንኙነቶችን እያሳየ፤ በእያንዳንዷ የቤተሰብ ሚስጥር መገለጥ ተመልካችን እያስገረመ ይቀጥላል፡፡
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Eladio Gomez Luna and Arturo Monetnegro are lifelong business rivalries who have a better reason to fight than mere business– a woman by the name Julia. Being Eladio’s wife for twenty years, with whom she had a son, Julia had a romantic relationship with Arturo right before she got married. Her unfortunate discovery of Arturo’s affair with another woman who was pregnant with his baby, marked the end of their romance and she swore their paths will never cross again. Little did she know that their children will involve in the same relationship they did. David, Julia’s son had something with both of Arturo’s daughters, Daniella and Regina, a onetime fling with the former and a romantic love with the latter. Meanwhile, Eladio finds himself cheating on his wife and sharing another woman with Eric, a son of his archenemy. The story moves on to show really tangled relations and love triangles leaving the viewer ever surprised on every occasion of unfolding family secrets.
