Trailer_Ultrasound-guided cervical facet joint injection; in-plane technique, case and anatomy

I obtained some clues from the observation.  
Each transverse process is widely separated from the other.
It is easy to count the number of the transverse process instead of the facet joint.
And it's closely related to the adjacent facet joint.
So, identify and count the transverse process instead of the facet joint.
I believe the lateral neck is a narrow space to accommodate a sizeable convex probe,
and putting the needle will be awkward.
So, I prefer linear probes and in-plane techniques.
