The first thing you got to do is

You got to Stop drinking soda  that even means diet sodas, you want to avoid coffee, alcohol, sugars, sweets, candies and all the articiflal sweeteners because all these things contain certain ingredients thats going to make your belly blow up and look fatter than it really is and another thing  if you want to keep your stomach flat

Do not eat anything that contains mannitol, sorbitol, or xylitol as an artificial sweenter  a lot of your sugarless gums and even some protein bars have mannitol, sorbitol, and xylitol as an artificial sweenter and these things will make your belly swell up with gas and become bigger than it really is so

If you avoid sodas, sweets, snacks, coffee, alcohol and any artificial sweetners  your belly should get flatter within a week

The 2nd thing you want to do for a flatter stomach is you want to drink more water and eat less salt or sodium

A lot of you out there are doing the opposite and drinking not much water and eating too much salt and this causes you to gain excess water weight and that extra water weight is going to make your belly bigger but

Once you start drinking more water and eating less salt youre going to flush out all that excess water weight and depending on how much excess water weight you are carrying around  you could lose 10 pounds of water weight in a week or maybe even 5-10 pounds in 2-4 days and once you lose all that excess water weight  youll have a flatter stomach.
