Hello from Chloe's Bakery!
Today, I made mango sorbet,
perfect for a refreshing summer treat.
It is so easy to make and super delicious.
Ingredients:
Mango 200g
Lemon 0.75 (8 tbsp of lemon juice)
Because mango is naturally sweet
I didn't add any sugar syrup or honey
But you can substitute the lemon juice for either one
if you want yours to be more on the sweeter side.
Adding lemon juice is refreshing
(trust me it doesn't taste very sour)
and makes the sorbet more natural tasting,
and not too sweet, which is what I prefer.
Enjoy watching and stay cool this summer
