Ingredients:
sweet potato, milk, pork, salt, black pepper, flour, perilla leaf, mozzarella cheese, eggs, bread crumbs  

Recipe:
1. While still hot, peel and mash the sweet potato. Add milk to adjust the consistency.
2. Slice the pork thin and or tenderize it.
3. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Then sprinkle some flour.
4.  Place the perilla leaf, sweet potato and mozzarella cheese on top of the pork and roll up.
5. Coat the pork with flour, eggs and bread crumbs
6. Fry in oil at 170C.
