Running Marlin on a Mill

After presenting the Quartz and talking a bit about running Marlin on a mill, there are some things I should have mentioned.. So I will now!
It's about post processors, and what is needed to be done so that you can enjoy your new, stand-alone, Marlin running CNC router!
